As the CEO and founder of Polytag, Alice Rackley spearheads the development of cutting-edge technology that empowers businesses and consumers to make informed choices about the products they use and the waste they generate.
With a background in digital transformation and a passion for environmental responsibility, Alice gained extensive experience working with leading retailers and consulting firms including Marks & Spencer, Deloitte and GS1 UK. Her expertise in the ESG space and understanding of consumer behaviour have been instrumental in driving Polytag’s mission to revolutionise the recycling industry.

Brendan O’Neill

Brendan is a passionate innovator at the intersection of sustainability and technology, driven by a vision of transforming how we approach industrial processes and environmental responsibility. With a solid foundation in Industrial Engineering, Brendan’s career has been anything but linear—seamlessly bridging manufacturing, construction, and now circular economy solutions.
As a co-founder of Polytag and a founding shareholder of the ABM Group, Brendan has consistently demonstrated an entrepreneurial spirit that goes beyond traditional business boundaries. His operations spanning Ireland, the UK, and Eastern Europe reflect a global perspective on innovation and sustainable development.
For over a decade, Brendan has been a collaborative force alongside Phil Sutton, working tirelessly to develop ground breaking products and processes that challenge conventional thinking about resource management. Their partnership exemplifies how strategic collaboration can drive meaningful environmental change.

Founder
Phil Sutton founded Polytag Limited in 2018 and is the inventor of the Polytag system, Phil is a chartered scientist by profession with over 25 years of experience in the recycling and civil engineering sectors. Throughout his career aside from Polytag, Phil has pioneered a range of groundbreaking technologies, including Durakerb, Duradrain, and the wider Econpro business, each designed to enhance sustainability and efficiency across multiple industries. His inventions have not only transformed practices in waste management, infrastructure, and environmental technology but have also generated millions in revenue for their stakeholders.
A prolific innovator, Phil holds over 31 Patents, 10 Registered Designs and 12 Trademarks demonstrating his commitment to research and development and his ability to create solutions that address some of the most pressing challenges of our time. His work has consistently pushed the boundaries of what’s possible, introducing smarter, more sustainable technologies that have had a significant impact on both the civil engineering and recycling sectors.
As the founder of Polytag, Duraproducts and Econpro, Phil has combined his expertise in engineering with a deep understanding of environmental needs, ensuring that his inventions lead to both ecological and commercial success.
