WOW! A night to remember…
Last month we took home two trophies at the MRW National Recycling Awards, which took place at the Honourable Artillery Company in London. First, our very own, very talented Project Manager, Rosa Knox-Bradley is officially our rising star after scooping up the Rising Star Award. With a strong passion for leading sustainable change, Rosa is dedicated to step-changing the future of recycling for single-use plastic and we couldn’t be prouder to have her in our team.
Also, our collaboration with Ocado Retail clinched the Digital Innovation Award. The world-first digital deposit return scheme (DDRS) pilot that we ran this summer brought unprecedented traceability and convenience to brands, retailers, and consumers alike. Leveraging the scalability of Polytag, the project achieved an impressive 20,000 20p rewards redeemed by Ocado customers in just 56 days. Read more about this groundbreaking project here.
It is such an honour to have taken home two awards at the most prestigious award ceremony in the recycling and resource management sector. The night was filled with hope for our future as so many industry leaders and positive change makers united to celebrate our achievements from the past year.
